I have not seen happy Russian nationalists. They just laugh with joy when they learned that Obama (after the events in the Crimea) blocked bank accounts ethnic Jews and Ukrainians. Some only non-Russian names: Yanukovych, Matvienko, Medvedchuk, Dzhabarov, Rothenberg, Kovalchuk, Timchenko, Vitko and others.
